CHANGE DESIGNS is a management consulting firm, and publishing house which specializes in  strategic planning, change management, innovation and facilitation. 

Change Designs combines the talents of two highly skilled professionals:

• Ruth Tearle is an experienced consultant and facilitator in strategy, change, facilitation and personal mastery. She focuses on consulting, facilitation and the mentoring of other consultants, as well as providing the intellectual capital for all  Change Designs products. In both her training and her products, she generously shares the tools that have made her own workshops so successful. Tools that integrate rational, emotional and spiritual intelligence, whilst achieving a specific, practical result. 
  
  Her inspiring novels are often given as gifts at conferences and training courses.  Ride the Wild Tiger is used to educate and excite people on change management.  "Blackboards, Bubbles & Cappuccinos is a book used to inspire as well as to educate  people on emotional and spiritual intelligence. "Mastering Personal Change"  is given as a gift to those who have forgotten the power they have within them to manage any change.
   

• Mike Blignaut, a professional photographer and designer, provides the fresh look and feel on Change Designs products. He is skilled at translating left brained business concepts, into original images that inspire and touch people’s hearts and souls

By combining the skills of these two professionals, Change Designs produces an exciting blend of tools, experiences, workshops and gifts that reinforce new ways of thinking and believing. This combination helps leaders, internal change managers, and conference organisers to:

Their Design Days - are held monthly in the Change Designs conference centre. Here  consultants, trainers and event organisers can design their own workshops and events. They use Ruth as a mentor on workshop design, and go to Mike's studio next door for professional photographs, or basic look and feel designs for their events. Using the combined experience of Mike and Ruth, plus their extensive databases of images, they can design an event in one day that would usually take weeks of their time.
