  • Why the implementation of good opportunities fail.

  • The six steps to implementing an opportunity successfully

    • Develop a clear vision of the opportunity being successfully implemented.

    • Understand how your opportunity is going to impact on the organisation as a system.

    • Understand what the stakeholders to your opportunity expect.

    • Identify and remove barriers to the successful implementation of your opportunity.

    • Develop strategies to deal with the people side of change.

    • Develop an implementation plan.
