WHAT MAKES THE ‘CHANGE MASTER’
SERIES UNIQUE?
Where can you learn how to become a change manager?
This is a question people often ask as they struggle to implement
change within their own organizations. Business schools often
include organizational development and design as a subject on
their programmes. Change consultants often provide change agent
training to organizations as part of large scale transformation
programmes. However there is no public course available for
managers, HR professionals, consultants or change agents who need
to acquire practical tools and skills to manage change
effectively within their organizations.
The change master series comprises a number of courses that provide
change agents and consultants with the skills, knowledge and tools
they will need to facilitate change programmes within their own
organizations. You have the choice of either attending a single
course or you can choose to attend all the modules and develop the
skills of a ‘change master’.
The ‘Change Master Series’ is a ladder of learning. Each course
prepares you for the next course.
This year the three courses in the series will provide you with the
tools you need to facilitate change or strategy workshops within
your own organisation. Further courses will be added to the series
as new leadership challenges emerge. Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance
for each course. Those that complete all the change courses in the
series, and show they have mastered the skills, will be able to
apply to be licenced as a Change Designs consultant.

The Change Master series consists of the following courses:
A practical workshop for anyone involved in leading organizational
