 NQ Plus Networks

NQ Plus Networks (Pty) Ltd  has been operational since 1999, as a subsidiary company of Dyna Training - a national, accredited supervisory/management training provider.

Arising out of a need to research and develop National Qualifications Framework (NQF) issues for it's parent company, NQ Plus identified a need for simple, plain-English solutions for companies trying to understand and apply the NQF.

This developed into a range of practical, user-friendly tools (from step-by-step CDs to wall-charts), a series of active NQF learning programmes and the supply of services around skills planning and quality systems for training delivery and accreditation.

Our Mission

  • To offer fit-for-purpose, practical and easy-to-use NQF implementation solutions to companies and  training institutions.

  • To provide the best possible service, on time, every time.

  • To empower companies to roll out their NQF solutions and take ownership of the NQF.

The main roleplayer in NQ Plus is Melanie Harvard - a company director and part-shareholder. She has been active in the NQF field since 1997 - researching and developing tools such as skills planning and quality management CDs, wall-charts, training programmes, booklets and pocket-guides. She has been published on NQF topics in the National Training Directory, HR Futures as well as many trade magazines and has been a guest speaker on various NQF topics for IPM and other organisations.

NQ Plus Networks is part of the DYNA TRAINING GROUP, and is run by a complement of 4 directors, with access to many best-in-their-field experts and consultants in order to provide clients with an easy-to-access network of excellent support.

NQ Plus is currently based in the Western Cape, but has and does offer services nationally, through the network of consultants.

Some of our clients include:

Cape Metrorail; Dept of Education; SANS Fibres; DENEL; Freddy Hirsch; ISCOR; Spoornet; Engen; Sheraton Textiles; House of Monatics; Lonmin Mines; Medi-Clinics; Kimberley-Clarke; Sanlam; SA Fine Worsteds; DHL; Cadbury; FOODBEV SETA, Koinonia Community Centre , Bromor Foods and Cotlands.
